2024

Dec

In September 2024, Sinotech Engineering Services, LTD. Board of Directors approved the reorganization of departments, effective January 1, 2025. The departments will be restructured into the Environmental Assessment Department, Environmental Sustainability Department, Resource Circulation Department, Water Works Department, Energy and Resource Facilities Department.

Sep

On September 9, 2024, the company relocated from the Sinotech Building to a new address at the 5th Floor, No. 20 Ankang Road, Neihu District, Taipei City.

2022

Sep

Shih-King Sun, the former Senior Vice President of the Environmental Engineering II Duty Center, was appointed the company president.

2019

Jul

Dr. Shen-Hsien Chen, the former President of Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Inc., was appointed as the fourth chairman of the company.

2017

Jan

The Hydraulic and Disaster Prevention Department and the Civil Engineering and Soil/Water Conservation Department of the company had been transferred to Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Ltd. starting January 1, 2010. The company will develop in the form of pure environmental engineering, and strive to expand in environmental engineering related projects domestically and abroad.

2016

Jan

In order to strengthen the development of the Sinotech Group's environmental engineering business, the managerial meeting of Sinotech Group in December 2014, had announced that SES would be responsible for undertaking environmental engineering related business since January 1^st, 2015. The company and various departments were reorganized as follows:

Edward L. Hsi, the former Associate Vice President of the Environmental Engineering Department I of SEC, was appointed the company president.
The departments were reorganized into Environmental Assessment and Planning Department I, Environmental Assessment and Planning Department II, Water Works Department, Energy and Resource Facilities Department, Hydraulic and Disaster Prevention Department, and Civil Engineering and Soil/Water Conservation Department.

2013

Dr. Ben L. B. Chiou, the former President of Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Inc., was appointed as the third chairman and the president of the company.

2011

Feb

Dr. Nelson N. S. Chou, the former President of Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Ltd., was appointed as the second chairman and the president of the company.

2009

Dr. Nelson N. S. Chou, the former Senior Vice president of Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Ltd., was appointed as the president of the company.

2008 Est.

Dec

The Board of Directors of Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Ltd. had decided to established Sinotech Engineering Services, Ltd. with a capital of NT$180 million.
Dr. Shoumin Cao, Chairman of SEC, would serve as the first chairman of the of Sinotech Engineering Services, Ltd. concurently; while Dr. Nelson N. S. Chou, President of SEC, would also serve as the president of the new company concurently.
