Project Description：
The Erlin Park of Central Taiwan Science Park is located between the Wan-Xing Farm and Da-Pai-Sha Farm of the Taiwan Sugar Company. The west location about 6.3km is the Yuan-Lin intersection of Formosa Freeway, the north location is Changhua County Road No.148 (Erxi Road), the south location is Changhua County Road No.150 (Dauyuan Road), the west location is Changhua County Road No.143 (Erxi Road), the east location is Taiwan Road No.19 (Changshui Road). The total area of Erlin Park is about 631 ha.
Scope of Services：
- The monitoring Program includes the followings.
Air quality (including fallout), noise & vibration, construction noise & vibration, runoff of working zone, effluent quality, river quality, soil, groundwater quality, traffic flow, farm crop quality, irrigation water quality, land subsidence monitoring terrestrial plants and animals survey, and cultural assets watching were sampled and analyzed.
- Soil and groundwater quality monitor for Soil and Groundwater Pollution Remediation Act
- Assist in EIA supervision and tracking response operations, as well as environmental supervision operations.
- Assist in updating the content of the environmental monitoring website.
