Abstract：
- In order to accelerate the site improvement and management of non-polluting site, this plan uses the Yongkang groundwater pollution site as a demonstration case to handle improved supervision and inspection operations.
- During the execution of the plan, this plan completed the preliminary review of the district improvement design and improvement progress report, to evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness, and provide a reference for the review meeting of EPA.
- To improve the pollution supervision during the construction period and the surrounding environmental quality control to prevent secondary pollution and avoid affecting the health of residents.
- Administrative and technical support work related to other projects.
