1. Established the whole picture of pollution remediation works: regular analysis for 7 core issues related to pollution remediation works was performed, and to take adjustment measures if necessary. The 7 core issues includes demolition progress, hydrogeology, characteristic models, and remediation techniques, interception system, brownfield development and health risk assessment, etc..
2. Accelerating the design and procurement of pollution remediation works: According to the approved control and remediation plan, considering the current pollution situation and hydrogeological characteristics of the site, and integrating the requirements of CPC and the competent authority, carry out pollution remediation engineering design operations, and assist in follow-up procurement, bidding operation, so that each pollution improvement project can be contracted and executed.
3. Implement the supervision and management of pollution remediation works: assist CPC to implement monitoring and management at all stages before, during and after the remediation project, including reviewing the plans of various contractors before construction, and conducting construction inspection and control to control the progress and improvement effect during construction, and handle the completion settlement and acceptance after construction, so that each pollution remediation project can be implemented, and the pollution remediation goal can be achieved on schedule and in good quality.
4. Strengthen internal and external cooperation, communication and exchanges: to meet the needs of CPC, organize seminars, technical promotions, education and training, etc., and assist relevant units (competent authorities, citizens or environmental protection groups, NGOs or neighboring community groups) to communicate with each other. Document production, briefings, feedback, and communication, discussion, and coordination before and after the briefing, coordination and review meetings.
5. Completion of education, training and technology transfer: For the planning, design, and manufacturing supervision experience of each sub-project of this project, transfer and implement it through detailed design discussions, key project supervision and inspection, technical seminars, software education and training, etc. Relevant engineering technology and experience to CPC.
