Project Description：
In response to the existing units retirement schedule, the Taiwan Power Company initiated Hsinta Power Plant (HPT) Combined Cycle Project, including installing three gas-fired combined cycle units in adjacent to the existing HPT. The objective of this project is to conduct a human health risk assessment of emissions from the HPT, and an epidemiological study of residents living near the HPT.
Scope of Services：
- Collection of the operating data of Hsinta Power Plant.
- Human health risk assessment of emissions from the Hsinta Power Plant during the renewal period.
- Epidemiological study of residents living near the Hsinta Power Plant.
- Using air dispersion model to model secondary pollutants.
