Abstract:
This project which included analysis of current situation and recycled of industrial waste which including industrial sludge, electric arc furnace slag, waste wood, co-firing ash and so on. The project was carried out from March 19th, 2021 to December 10th, 2021. This project had reached as below:
- The cleanup and recycling status of industrial waste that difficult to cleanup and the capacity of those waste disposal organizations were investigated near the four seasons. By tracking the waste of industries, this project has supported the management proposal.
- This project guided the proper classification of the manufacturing business in the industrial park, and provided advice for the industry to improve the recycling efficiency through analyzing the physical and chemical characteristics of the waste samples and counseling industries with high calorific value waste. In addition, it assisted its matching, handled three regional united clearance mechanisms, and set up a united clearance model.
- The project completed the project planned dioxin tracking investigations for five years (fourth year), including creating dioxin fingerprints data for 3 industries.
- The project completed testing the properties of the bricks and CLSM which were manufactured by the ash from the combustion of solid renewable fuels, and proposed a feasibility report for the recycling of mixed-fired ash from SRF.
- The quarterly inspection of four Environmental Science and Technology Parks was finished. Their operational data were also collected and organized, and furthermore, this project proposed the amendments of the “Industrial Surplus Capacity Treatment Waste Permit Management Regulation (draft)”, simplified application procedures.
