Project Description：
The new construction of Minsheng Water Regeneration Center and Sewer Environmental Education Center is handled in the form of turnkey project (DBO, design-build-operate;), including a water resource regeneration center with a processing capacity of 40,000 CMD and a sewer environment education center, The 7-story main building, parking lot and recycling water pipeline system with a total length of about 6,000 m.
Scope of Services：
Handle the conceptual design of this case and co-organize the tendering of the turnkey project.
