Senior Project Mananger Yi-Ting Kuo of Resource Circulation Department of Sinotech Engineering Service LTD. has been awarded the 2025 "Outstanding Project Manager Award" by the Taiwan Soil and Groundwater Environmental Protection Association.

With over 20 years in environmental engineering, Director Kuo has been a vital part of the Sinotech Group since 2009. Her career is defined by her expertise in soil and groundwater remediation and policy planning. A standout achievement includes her work from 2021–2022, where she helped the Kaohsiung City Government navigate the complex remediation of the TSMC site in record time, paving the way for TSMC’s successful 2nm plant expansion.

The award was presented by Director-General Hsu-Ming Yen (EMA) on March 25 at the Howard Civil Service International House. We congratulate Director Kuo on this well-deserved recognition of her leadership and dedication to environmental excellence.
