Introduction
On June 11, 2025, the Ministry of Environment announced the results of the 2024 (ROC Era 113) national evaluation and audit of municipal solid waste incineration plants. Among the 15 awards granted nationwide, 12 were received by Environmental Protection Bureaus (EPBs) and incineration plants under the supervisory technical services provided by our Company. These honors—covering the Outstanding Performance Award, Excellence Award, and Special Recognition—demonstrate our Company’s concrete achievements in supporting local governments to enhance supervisory management of incineration facilities. Awarded facilities are distributed across the country, with Changhua County, Yilan County, Chiayi County, and New Taipei City each earning dual recognitions, offering strong support for stable waste treatment and advancing the goals of a circular economy.
Changhua County Earns Dual Recognition for EPB and Plant — Operational and Supervisory Excellence Acknowledged
With the assistance of our Company, the Changhua County Environmental Protection Bureau received the Outstanding EPB Award in the 2024 (ROC Era 113) evaluation. The client also expressed appreciation via official correspondence. Under our supervisory technical services, the Xizhou Waste-to-Energy Plant demonstrated excellence in operational management, pollution control, and stable operations, and was further awarded the Excellence Award. The plant has actively cooperated with the county government to enhance in-plant operational practices and improve bottom ash management, while thoroughly implementing various supervisory mechanisms. These efforts have successfully achieved dual goals of improving treatment performance and mitigating environmental risks. The results underscore effective collaboration among the competent authority, plant operator, and our Company—establishing a benchmark case for facility operation and management in central Taiwan.
Yilan and Chiayi Counties Both Recognized — Demonstrating Results of Smart Integration and Facility Modernization
The Lize Waste-to-Energy Plant in Yilan County and the Lucao Waste-to-Energy Plant in Chiayi County each received the Outstanding Performance Award in the 2024 (ROC Era 113) evaluation, showcasing the effectiveness of facility upgrades and smart integration. Lize Plant has consistently adopted intelligent monitoring and operational control systems, achieving excellent outcomes in combustion control and inbound waste inspections, with high evaluations in operational stability and energy efficiency. Lucao Plant significantly improved both treatment efficiency and pollution prevention through infrastructure renovation and equipment modernization, with enhancements in both hardware and operational procedures. Both facilities have benefited from long-term project supervision and technical services provided by our Company, resulting in significant accomplishments.
