The Xindian Waste-to-Energy Plant in New Taipei City has adopted an AI-based combustion control system, maintaining stable operations while keeping air pollutant emissions well below regulatory standards. The plant also achieved a record-high electricity generation per metric ton of waste.
The Shulin Waste-to-Energy Plant, which has been in operation for nearly three decades, has maintained outstanding treatment performance through comprehensive preventive maintenance while reducing its annual carbon emissions by 7.8%.
Meanwhile, the Chiayi County Sustainable Circular Center has successfully completed major facility upgrades, including replacement of core equipment and optimization of air pollution control systems, achieving the nation's highest electricity generation per metric ton of waste processed. These accomplishments demonstrate Sinotech's expertise in supervising facility modernization and supporting low-carbon transformation.

The Changhua County Environmental Protection Bureau established a rigorous waste inspection and rejection management system, achieving a 30% reduction in municipal solid waste generation while reducing key air pollutant emissions by 36%.The Miaoli County Environmental Protection Bureau has maintained excellent facility performance under comprehensive operational oversight, achieving plant operating rates exceeding 93% for five consecutive years while providing inter-county waste treatment support to help relieve regional disposal pressures.
