Due to the severe damage caused by Typhoon Danas in 2025 and its subsequent rainfall, many areas in central and southern Taiwan suffered significant losses. To assist the affected areas in restoring normal life as quickly as possible, the Group's Chung Hsing Corporation and Chung Hsing Company (the parent company) jointly donated NT$3 million to the Ministry of Health and Welfare's Disaster Relief Foundation, hoping to help disaster victims rebuild their lives. The Group also leveraged its engineering expertise and influence to provide substantial support.
During the disaster, employees at Chung Hsing Company's Southern Engineering Center proactively coordinated the deployment of generators to provide emergency power support to the disaster areas, effectively stabilizing the needs of the people and disaster relief operations. This action was recognized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Energy Administration, which issued a certificate of appreciation in recognition of their efforts.
The Group will continue to dedicate itself to sustainable philanthropy, using its expertise and actions to address environmental challenges and work together to protect Taiwan.
