The Energy Resources and Facilities Department of SINOTECH ENGINEERING SERVICES , Ltd. assisted the Yilan County Environmental Protection Bureau in implementing the " Yilan County Lize Waste Resource Recycling (Incineration) Plant Supervision Operation and Renovation Management Professional Service Plan."

As a result, it was awarded the "2024 Waste-to-Energy (Thermal Treatment) Plant Evaluation and Assessment Excellence Award" by the Environmental Management Bureau of the Ministry of Environment, the Yilan County Environmental Protection Bureau Special Award, and the "2024 Incineration Recycled Aggregate Reuse Management Evaluation Distinction Award".

In recognition of this achievement, the client issued a commendation letter on May 28, 2025, to commend Technical Manager Hsu Chung-Cheng, along with Chan Shih-Yi, Wang Ching-Hsien, and Meng Xian-wei for their outstanding contributions. They also attended the award ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Environment on June 11, 2025, together with the client.
