Sinotech Engineering Services, Ltd. participated in the "40th Environmental Analysis Symposium" hosted by the National Environmental Research Academy (NERA) of the Ministry of Environment from May 12 to 13, 2026. This year’s symposium focused on key areas such as air quality, net-zero emissions, and environmental forensic identification. Colleagues from the Environmental Sustainability Department presented two research projects through oral presentations: "Emission Control Effectiveness of PM₂.₅and Heavy Metals Following Air Pollution Control Devices (APCD) Improvements at Unit 7 of the Taichung Power Plant" and "Application of SO₂ Source Apportionment Technology and Management Strategies in the Chiayi Area".

Notably, the presentation "Research on the Application of Real-time Analysis Technology for Air Pollution Source Apportionment in Chiayi," co-presented by Tzu-Hao Kuo, Technical Manager of the department, was honored with the Outstanding Paper Award. During the event, the team engaged in technical exchanges with experts and scholars to share practical experience in environmental monitoring and air pollution control.
