The Energy and Resource Facilities Department of SINOTECH ENGINEERING SERVICES , Ltd. provided support to the Environmental Protection Department, New Taipei City Government, in implementing the “Operation and Supervision Project for Waste Treatment Plants and the Renovation of the Bali Refuse Incineration Plant in New Taipei City.” As a result, the project was honored with the “Excellence Award” in the “2024 National Evaluation of Municipal Waste Incineration Plants and Incinerating Recycled Aggregate Utilization Management” conducted by the Department of Environmental Management, Ministry of Environment.

In recognition of this accomplishment, the Environmental Protection Department, New Taipei City Government issued a commendation letter on July 18, 2025, to commend the following outstanding personnel for their contributions: Technical Manager Hsu Chung-Cheng, Chan Shih-YI, Mai Lung-En, Lee Chung-Yu, Hsiao Wen-Yi, and Lo Chih-Wei.
