The Energy Resources and Facilities Department of SINOTECH ENGINEERING SERVICES , Ltd. assisted the Changhua County Environmental Protection Bureau in implementing the "Changhua County Xizhou Waste Resource Recovery (Incineration) Plant Operation Management, Bottom Ash Reuse, and Fly Ash Multi-Treatment Supervision Assistance Project." As a result, they were honored with the "2024 Waste-to-Energy (Thermal Treatment) Plant Evaluation and Assessment Excellence Award" and the "2024 Incineration Recycled Aggregate Reuse Management Evaluation Excellence Award" by the Environmental Management Administration of the Ministry of Environment.

In recognition of this achievement, the client issued a commendation letter on April 29, 2025, to commend Technical Manager Hsu Chung-Cheng, along with Chiang Chun-Ju, Huang Hui-Chen, Cheng Chien-Pang, and Tsai I-Chen for their outstanding contributions. They also attended the award ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Environment on June 11, 2025, together with the client.
