The Energy and Resource Facilities Department of Sinotech Engineering Consultants, Ltd. has successfully assisted the Yilan County Environmental Protection Bureau in executing the "Yilan County Lize Waste-to-Energy (Incineration) Plant Supervision, Operation, and Revamp Management Professional Services Project."

Through this project, the Bureau secured three major awards from the Environmental Management Administration of the Ministry of the Environment (MOENV): the "Excellence Award" for the Incineration Plant and the "Special Award" for the Environmental Protection Bureau in the 2025 Waste-to-Energy (Thermal Treatment) Plant Performance Evaluation, as well as another "Excellence Award" in the 2025 Incinerator Bottom Ash (IBA) Recycling and Reuse Management Evaluation Project.

In recognition of this outstanding performance, the client (Yilan County Environmental Protection Bureau) issued an official commendation letter on June 9, 2026, to honor key project members, including Technical Manager Chung-Cheng Hsu, Shih-Yi Zhan, Jing-Xian Wang, Xian-Wei Meng, and Zi-Yu Chen.
