The Energy Resources and Facilities Department of SINOTECH ENGINEERING SERVICES, Ltd. assisted the Changhua County Environmental Protection Bureau in organizing the "Changhua County Xizhou Waste Resource Recovery (Incineration) Plant Operation Management, Bottom Ash Reuse, and Fly Ash Multi-Treatment Supervision Assistance Project" and won the "Excellent Award" in both the "2025 Waste-to-Energy (Thermal Treatment) Plant Audit and Evaluation" and the "2025 Incineration Reclaimed Granular Materials Reuse Management Evaluation Project" organized by the Environmental Management Administration, Ministry of Environment.

This project has assisted the client in achieving the dual "Excellent Award" distinction for two consecutive years. To commend the outstanding contributions of the team, the client specially sent letters on May 21, 2026, and June 11, 2026, to reward the meritorious personnel, including Technical Manager Hsu Chung-Cheng, Chiang Chun-Ju, Huang Hui-Chen, Cheng Chien-Pang, and Tsai Yi-Chen. The team will also attend the official award ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Environment together with the client on June 24, 2026.
