The Birthday Party for the 1st Quarter of 2023 was held on February 22nd on the 10th floor of the Sinotech Building. The party began with the birthday song sung by Chairman Chen Shen-Hsien and the executives and went through the perfect ending with a brief speech by Hsieh Yung-Chang.
